The Barista course (Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee) is at an entry skill level where you will learn the basics of preparing, making and serving Espresso coffee.

This course is mandatory for everyone in NSW whose duties are related to the conduct of gaming machine activities in hotels and registered clubs. A registered club or hotelier must not commence or employ a person whose duties are related to the conduct of gaming unless the person has completed the approved RCG course.

This course is mandatory for everyone in NSW who is involved in the sale of liquor to the public. This includes licensees, club secretaries, serving staff and contract employees, security staff working in licensed premises & venues. There are no exemptions from undertaking the course. The mandatory training regime also captures volunteers, promotional staff, Directors of registered clubs who have liquor service responsibilities.
